Thermostat

The thermostat resides between the laundry room and master bedroom doors. The guest settings will allow you to control the temperature between 70º and 75º in the warmer months and 65º and 70º in the cooler months. If you have a special need please contact the property management company to arrange a special temperature setting.

Laundry

The laundry machines are available for your use. Please empty the lint trap located on top of the dryer after every use. Laundry detergent pods are provided for your use.

Wet Towels and Bathing Suits

There are multiple towel hooks provided in the laundry room and each bathroom for your convenience. Please refrain from leaving towels or wet clothing on furniture. You are welcome to hang your towels to dry overnight on the patio railing.

Coffee Pot

The coffee pot accepts normal 12 cup filters with coffee grounds or Keurig © K-Cups. If the device has lost power the time must be set prior to using the machine. All coffee mugs provided are 10 oz.
